It was very late on a weekday, when I came home for a late workday and discovered by main drain was clogged. I immediately called Roto -Rooter and within ... less thirty minutes,give or take, I had a technician at my home. He was very courteous, explained everything and went to work. It didn't take long before my drain was opened. What was really great, is that the technician actually clean up what had backed up. I really appreciated this.
