We had a clogged drain line that was backing up the kitchen sink and bathroom lavatory. I also had the drain line for the bathroom lavatory break at the ... connection fitting. This happened at 9 pm on the Tuesday before Thanksgiving and my wife was in a bit of a panic with us hosting the family dinner. It was Wednesday morning before I placed a call to another recommended plumber, but they were too busy to take care of the issue until after the Holiday. I placed a call to Roto Rooter and got in contact with Katy, she was very helpful in getting the info on the situation and she said that they could have someone there between 10 am & 12 pm. A little before noon, Brandon Hinkle came to the door and less than 2 hours later, we had all our problems fixed and fixed right. I would highly recommend Roto Rooter to anyone. They were very timely in response and very skilled at the work. Brandon was polite and professional and cleaned up the work area after he was finished. Overall excellent job from first contact to finished job! Thank you Katy & Brandon!
