Willie was amazing! Fixed my problem, cleaned up after himself and was honest during the whole process. As a first time home owner, he could tell I was so stressed ... about the issues, but was able to calm me down and even gave me a discount. Roto-Rooter was at my house this morning fixing a drain line back up in my rental home and I have to say the tech Fred Thompson was outstanding. His ... communication prior to arriving once he got there and after fixing it was outstanding. His professionalism was great! He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy even removing hair from my bathtub drain as a courtesy. I definitely will call Roto-Rooter the next time I have any plumbing needs. Great job Fred!

I was very Happy at first that Roto -Rooter responded and called me back and was quick to give me a estimate for the work I needed done. Then I ... got real frustrated because ( i had already been blown off by other plumbers and my job was not a cheap one) I had the job scheduled and I felt like I was being blown off because of communication. I was actually looking for another plumber when Jason called me and talked to me and told me he was very sorry that the communication was poor. We worked it out and he came and did an excellent job (which is why I chose Roto-Rotter in the first place). He changed all my water pipes, changed my hot water heater (which was another story) and fixed the gas line shut off valve. Jason was very professional! If I ever need any other plumbing job done or I know of someone who does I would have Jason do it and I would recommend him highly! Thank you Jason!! I really appreciate you very much!

Your technician number 2027 Mike Kapraszewski was wonderful. He arrived earlier than we had expected, was professional, and had our job done without a hitch. It is always nerve racking when your plumbing ... has an issue and Mike was friendly and reassuring. He left our basement in good working order. This is the second time we gave used Roto Rooter...the first time in 2012 and when we needed a plumber again we knew who to call. Thank you for your services....and once again...thanks to your technician Mike. He did a top notch job.

Robert replaced the garbage disposal and had to work on the electrical wire running to the switch. He saved us from having to call an electrician. Good work ... and pleasant personality. Will use Roto - Rooter again.

I am so grateful for the great service Bill Bode performed; installed a sump pump and cleaned old water from sump pit. I am also extremely thankful you guys could ... squeeze me in for the service on a Sunday, because I am stuck at work all week and it was the only time I am home. Bill was really friendly and explained everything I needed to know about the work I wanted to have done. Tonight I heard the sump pump doing its' job and now I have the peace of mind my house is protected from possible water damage from the pit filling with water. Missed tech's call when on the way, called the 1-800 number he left and they said he wasn't coming, they don't serve our city, then offered another appt next day, ... meanwhile doorbell rang and tech was here!
