Just got old toilet removed and new one installed in the powder room. I called yesterday late afternoon to schedule an appointment, any time really was ok. And today the ... toilet is installed and working. Pat (#1899) and his apprentice, Joseph, did an excellent job. The removal was swift. Pat broke down the old toilet to make it easy to fit in the garbage bin. The whole process was very quick and efficient. New toilet was installed very fast. They also had parts that I forgot to get. I'm glad I called Roto-Rooter after research and calling few other places. There was no charge for just showing up. I will recommend them to other for sure and use them again if need arise.

it was great to get my plumbing problem taken care of right away--we called and within 24 hrs we had our problem taken care or. My dad had passed ... away that early morning, this was the last thing I needed, it was great to come home to an unclogged drain!

Incident happened on a Sunday, came out within an hour. Checked out situation, gave estimate and plumber was out next day. Worked until after 8 pm to finish. Water clean ... up came out next day and dried basement. All was dry and repaired by Friday. Very prompt and just nice people to work with. Thank you

The service was prompt and well executed by our serviceman and much appreciated.. I was disappointed in the charge of $364. for one hour of service to go about six ... inches to open an A/C water line drain below the concrete to our ejector pump. In the same day mail I received an adv from ARS Rescue Rooter quoting $79.00 for the same service... Seems to be a bigggggggggggggggggg variance... I will have to think twice before dialing Roto-Rooter next round..
