We had a broken toilet on Labor Day weekend. It was easy to make an appointment and there were no uncharges for the weekend call. Although there was ... not a plumber available in my original requested time frame, everyone on the phone was very kind and helpful. The plumber, John Daniele was great. Explained everything, gave us several options and did a great job. He was very helpful.

We had just moved into a new home and had our main sewer line clog at 10:00pm. With a house full of people and sewer water leaking on the floor, ... we tried calling the emergency number for our builders plumber but noone answered. We called Roto-Rooter and you had someone here within 1 hour and the problem was resolved within 30 minutes. Our new address was not on any maps or GPS and the technician was very patient on the phone as I gave him directions. Our technician, Eli, was very polite and friendly. He explained the situation and promptly unclogged our main drain. He also gave some advice on what to keep an eye out for in the future. He is a great asset to your company. I was reluctant to call another plumbing company because I called 3 of them in a month and still I have no solution to my problem at home. The gentleman from ... Roto-Rooter came took the time to examine the area, heard all what I have to said about the issue. After he finished doing his work he explained to me what need to be next. He took the time, for us to understand, the damaged we have in place. I really recommend Roto Rooter, the service I received was beyond expectation.

Justin Weeks came out and took care of me. He gave me plenty of options AND advice as to what I needed to take care of now and future planning. ... While I was happy with how he treated me and the finished job.... I had called in the day before, prior to 7am and was told that someone would be out between 12-4. I was called at 3:15pm and was told that they were running late and I told them I still wanted someone to come out. Around 6:30 I called back and was told they would be out, still late. At 8pm I received a call that it would have to be the next day. I get that stuff happens - but I missed a half day of work to be home for repairs.

I had my water heater go out one morning and Roto-Rooter was able to come out the same day for repair(s). The technician, Lenny, was amazing! He was ... on-time, courteous, articulate, and very knowledgeable. The parts that were needed were located +20 miles away from my home and Lenny gladly offered to go pick-up the parts...during rush hour! I doubt many people would have been thrilled to do something like that at that particular hour, but Lenny didn't seem to mind it and was more than willing to do it. Now, everything is up and running smoothly. All-in-all, my experience with RR was spectacular! I hope I won't need to call them again, but if any plumbing issues arise in the future, I definitely won't hesitate to call them again.
