Their technician (Dominic) arrived within 15 minutes and diagnosed the ... problem as a leak from an unused water softener. He quickly disconnected the softener and then used the shop vac to clean up the water. Before he left, he even set up the fan and dehumidifier to remove any remaining moisture.
