When Grant ... came by he did a great job in that he found an important piece was not sent with the Garbage Disposal. So I ordered a new piece he came out and installed it in an efficient speedy manner. He was on-time and did a very professional job. I just wish I had entered the Sweepstakes when this was going on. However, wanted to give Grant a "job well-done" commendation. I will use Roto-Rooter again for any plumbing issues in the future.
