It took a bit of ... searching and creative effort due to unusual twists and turns but he was able to identify the location of the problem. Now we need to deal with it. Fred was pleasant and talked through the process so that I fully understood what was happening.

The service was truly outstanding. Derek #4349 arrived to our home almost immediately and worked on our drain in the basement, which had backed up.
