I had a horrible problem! Sewage backing up in my only shower! Toilet would not fill up! Just a mess!!! Plus I just had major surgery ... 3 weeks ago. Roto Rooter called first thing after I put in request on line late on week end. Scheduled me that day!! Then more issues, had to see Dr about my surgical wound and it was not a scheduled visit, great, I thought, I'll miss my appointment! Called my local roto rooter office, lady advised, don't worry you go, we'll come out a little later today. How great is that!!! Man came and fixed my issue and I was able to see my Dr.!!! YOU GUYS ROCK!!! Thank you for your care and concern above and beyond!!!!

I called Roto Rooter for a leak in my ejector pump line . It caused my entire finished basement water damage . Huge mess . Ron came out promptly and ... did a great job fixing my ejector pump line . Ron explained and showed me the cause of the leak and was able to fix it. I am grateful for for his professionalism , clean and courteous service. Ron was a very friendly, likeable & professional person, who did an excellent job of clearing the tree roots from our sewer line. He explained everything in easy to understand ... terms. I would recommend Roto-Rooter to anyone. Ron even offered preventive maintenance tips for us.
