Russell called back on a Saturday after the initial call to the office within 5 minutes. The operator, Christina, was extremely friendly and professional. I was very impressed by the ... level of excellent customer service I received. It was certainly a pleasant surprise, given it was the day before Easter! The drainage in our “new” old house had us completely frustrated. We’d tried the diy ideas and called in another service: no luck. Melvin, the Roto-Rooter pro, attacked the situation ... methodically, determined to solve it. His professional training was bolstered by strong intuition and excellent listening skills. And we now have flowing drains! We can’t praise him, or Roto-Rooter, enough.

Our service technician, Aloys, did a great job locating and fixing a clog in our main line. He used technology and experience to get us going again. We had a clog in the sewer line on our property. The technician who came instantly knew what the problem was. With in 30 minutes he had the clog ... cleared and everything running smoothly. We couldn't have asked for more.

I contacted Roto-Rooter to address a drain issue at my mothers house. They responded in a timely manner and resolved the problem quickly even though the problem was more complicated ... than I or the septic pumper anticipated. Melvin and his assistant Ben were very professional and knowledgeable about such problems, used the proper equipment to clear the blockages, and tested the system to verify the issue had been resolved. Job well done!

About 2:30 today (January 24, 2017), I called your Greensboro office and explained my problem. A very professional young lady ( sorry I don't remember her name) said someone ... would be at my house between 3pm - 5pm. Great! Then in about 10 mins, she called back and said someone was enroute to my house. A nice gentleman arrived about 3:30pm, assessed the issue and by 4:30pm was on his way. Amazing service! I can flush again. ?

Melvin did a great job in addressing our back-flow vent issue, and completed the work quickly and for less than initially quoted.
