Andrew, the plumber, came to our house on two different occasions and performed top quality work both times ... - both times explaining what was needed to keep the plumbing in top condition. Andrew went out of his way to make sure that everything was done properly and that we were completely satisfied. I was glad that I called Roto-Rooter when I had a plumbing problem.
