Had a clogged kitchen/clothes washer drain. Tried to clear it with a snake and several home/store products but no lock. Callecd ROTO-ROTER after lunch, they promised to have ... a technician here by 5:30PM. Received a callback about ten minutes later asking if it were OK for the technician to stop by in about 30 to 45 minutes. I said yes. The technican arrived in about 30 minuted. Agreed to have the work done. After 15 minutes the clog was gone. Very happy with the responce time and the work performed and cleanup. (10/10).

Our service tech, Ed Chandler was exemplary! Whatever you pay this man, you should double it. Seriously. He asked me the right questions, and what I thought was the problem, ... was not that at all. Thank goodness he came to call on us. My drain line from the washer to septic is running better than it ever was! Ed gave us great advice, excellent suggestions and was SO pleasant! Great person. I would absolutely call Rotor Rooter again and without a doubt ask for Ed. He is awesome.

We called roto rooter after coming home to a backed up shower drain. Everyone from the customer service department to the technician(Rafael 1800) were attentive and professional. Rafael ... listened to our problem and went right to work, explaining everything along the way. Within a short amount of time, he fixed the issue. He also suggested things we could do to prevent the issue from happening in the future. I just want to thank Raphael again from saving us time and money Great job!!!

Your Technician, Ron. #5592, was very professional. He arrived early to the appointment, and got right to work. He performed his job quickly and efficiently, without adding to ... the mess he found when he arrived. He knew what to do and did it. He even removed his shoes when I invited him into the house for the final signatures and payment so as not to soil my floor. He was a gentlemen the whole time. I would consider myself lucky if he was assigned to me in the future.
