My problem occured 7-26- 14 and my husband was out of town.I called him and told me to call roto-rooter,they came right out and cleaned our mainline drain,and i was ... very pleased with the time frame in which they fixed everything , how knowledgable my service guy was also how professional he was.I was really happy that there was no mess to clean up and that i could resume my life at home knowing that they fixed my problem.On 9-9-14 we had the same issue arise,My husband called roto-rooter they were here in 45 minutes re-cleaned our mainline and removed a soft clog.Its not often these days that you find a company that really stands behind thier work like roto-rooter does evrything was fixed and there was no charge for the call back.I would recommend them to anyone they were outstanding. Thank You.

Service Tech#2481, Matt was prompt, courteous, polite, and most of all professional. I called for a sewer backup problem on of all days-move in day. He checked the system thoroughly ... & explained every detail of what was needed & explained how he would proceed & the results. He answered my questions & in checking, found the water pressure to be under par, as well as the hot water heater. He replaced all the items needed to help me move into this home with worry free sleep last night. I will ask for him if anything else comes up. I caused the sewer backup issue & hopefully I won't do that again. At least, I know I can depend on Matt to make it safe even if he has to address several issues & be here late replacing a vintage water heater that looked like it could catch on fire any moment. Thank you!

I had a leaky pipe discharging water into my lower level from a toilet on the first floor. The plumber arrived on time and went right to work. ... Problem was fixed! The plumber was very polite and explained the problem and fix.

Brandon, The second tech that you sent out was fantastic; especially with him being fairly new on the job. He was polite, respectful, and very knowledgeable! It's wasn't ... like he didn't run into issues with our kitchen sink being plugged up (because he did), but he came to a fairly quick resolution, and acted in a timely fashion to put us back in working order.
