She assured me my service tech woukd be to my home within the hour ... and he arrived within 30 minutes of the scheduled appointment. David, my service technician was pateient and courteous. I appreciated him explaining the finding and what needed to be done for repairs. I am truly impressed and thankful for such a great experience!

I called Roto-Rooter on Monday morning, the technician was available earlier than even scheduled. I had water bubbling up in my front yard, and had already called the water company ... to see if they could fix it. Of course it was my side of the property. The technician arrived and determined where the water was coming from, he turned off the water and dug down to the pipe and repaired it . He was knowledgeable, pleasant and I would use this company again, thanks to Mr. Bailey, the technician.
