We were very pleased with the work that Jeff Meres did for us on Sunday. Not only did he fix the leak, he gave us access to our cutoff that ... had been buried.

Jeff Meares not only did a good job locating and repairing the water leak, he also made it possible to locate our cutoff valve that was buried over 6" below ... the surface. He also left the work area better than he found it. We were very satisfied and will not hesitate to call Roto-Rooter again.

The appointment was made for later ... that morning and the technician, Thomas Cooper, arrived on time and completed the repair. I called Roto-Rooter to unclog a kitchen drain. I had previously called another plumbing company that diagnosed the issue as a collapsed drain pipe and they wanted $7500 to ... replace the pipe that is run beneath the concrete slab. Thomas (tech# 1463) from Roto Rooter was able to unclog the drain line without any issues. He was professional, courteous, and recommended the use of an enzyme treatment to prevent future clogs. I would definitely recommend Roto-Rooter for any plumbing issues.

The service man did a very good job. It only took one hour to replace the garbage disposal that was causing the leak. However, this will be the ... very last time that I call Roto-Rooter for service. The labor charges are absolutely ridiculous - $440 for one hour!!! Are you kidding me? Never again.
