It was an extraordinary experience. The plumber arrived before scheduled time. The plumber was very meticulous, concerned and professional. He triple checked that the clog was clear in the kitchen ... sink and the washing machine drain pipe. He kept the machine he used cleaned and made sure that the kitchen was not dirtied. I am very satisfied. Thank you for your superb service.

I called with a water leak on a Saturday Morning not expecting to get it fixed until the following week. Within a few hours a repair person arrived and ... had the leak fixed. This prevented more damage and I was able to get on with my weekend.
