Our service technician, Mike 3675, was amazingly quick in identifying the problem and fixing it. He came out at 11 pm because we were not able to use any ... of our bathrooms which was a difficultly for us considering our medical problems. He was courteous and considerate. We are glad is was the one to come to our rescue.

I was in Florida visiting my Father-in-law. We had problems with toilets flushing, and it appeared to be septic field problem. I contacted Roto Rooter and was told they could ... have someone out to the house in the AM the next day. I did call late in the day. My problem was that I was leaving for Chicago the next morning, and could not even use the shower or toilets. After my initial call, I was contacted by your company and they sent a service man, Dennis, to the house the afternoon that I made the initial call. He was great, and fixed, what was a disconnected line, and did it in a very timely fashion. I cannot tell you how grateful I am that your company answered my call for help so timely. Really made my last 24 hours in Florida very relaxing. Youre the Best!

The technician was excellent, he explained the repair in detail and performed in in a timely manner. Have to note that I called at 2:30pm and was given a 2 hour ... time frame for someone to arrive. It took 6 hours!!! Nevertheless, the dispatch operator kept calling me and informing me of the delays. Overall good experience. Will recommend your services.
