Even though our plumbing/sink was not normal, our tech Caleb Breen, took the time to do a very good job. He had to go to Home depot three times because ... our piping was not standard. It was awful for him. We are very pleased with his service. He never gave up!

Caleb tech#5403 did a super job on plumb line cleaning, he was very polite and had great knowledge of his job. He did get several roots out of the line ... that where not removed by a plumber who was out the day before, that company was Plumb pro of Arvada co. And would not recommend to any one, the did a very poor job compared to Rooter-rooter of Denver and the tech Caleb. I would recommend them to anyone needing a plumber. Thank you Chris

We had a sewer back up into our unfinished part of our basement recently. After the clean out, Bob Ray came and put a camera through and found that ... the clay tiles had been compromised in a few places in our yard. We decided to do the sleeve method from where the cast iron pipe attached to the clay tiles and then all the way to the street. Bob and the crew that actually did the work were so professional and easy to work with. They explained and showed us each step as they were working. Sal Martinez was the field supervisor of the crew and was there with the crew working the whole time. Sal came back to check on the pipe in the basement two times because there was a small amount of water leaking out and he fixed it. The names of the crew were Brandon Haag, Curt King and Anthony Smith. We were so satisfied with everyone involved.

We had a plumbing emergency on a Sunday, and within an hour, a supervisor came to assess the situation. Shortly thereafter, a technician was here to fix the problem. We ... needed dehumidifiers, an asbestos test for drywall replacement, flooring removal, etc. At every stage, Jose was quick to respond to calls, proactive, calmly and thoroughly explained things, and was always friendly and courteous. The extent of damage to our home was unexpected, but the service we received made a bad situation easier to deal with. We highly recommend Roto-Rooter.

My appointment with Roto-Rooter went very well. The service tech was a very nice and helpful guy. He cleaned my outside drain and got a lot of tree roots ... out. Now I feel safe against having a water backup and overflow in my house this winter. This was exactly what I was wanting. I will most likely ask Rooter-Rooter to come out again next year.

The technician was very knowledgable and thorough! He was only there for 20 minutes and left no mess! I will use them again in the future!

Fred was super nice and very good.

A supervisor came within an hour of my call (on a Sunday), then the plumber to fix the clogged toilet, and then a crew to take care of dehumidifying and ... sanitizing my home. Everyone was very courteous, friendly, and professional.
