I just wanted to pass along a quick note of sincere gratitude for your guys helping my mom with her basement yesterday. When I stopped by there last night ... after work, Keith and Eddie were in the process of loading a dumpster with boxes and bags that were in her basement. She got water in her basement from the recent torrential rains, and they could not have been nicer fellas. They were helping her work within her insurance coverage limit and wanted to remove as much damaged materials as they could, and fill the dumpster to its capacity, in order to try to save her money. Just the fact that they were doing that told me that you guys run a stand up organization with integrity. They were also very helpful in explaining the cleanup process with a sort of military-grade hydrogen peroxide process. I very much appreciate them helping my mom out. I also had a clog in a drain in the last year and had a very positive experience with that, with the guy who came out giving me an extra 5-10 minutes to give me a ballpark figure on adding a shower to my bathtub. Great work, and thank you again!
