Ray was here right on time - I had the same "router" that he had but mine was only 6' long and his was 10' - he said that mine ... just went to the curve in the pipe. It took him, maybe, 10 minutes to unclog the toilet. He was extremely friendly. I know that when (and hopefully not too soon) I need a plumber I WILL call him.
