We had our sewer backup into our basement. This is a common occurrence for us as this is the 4th or 5th time that this has happened to us ... over the past 10 years. We have called RR every time and they have done an amazing job!! We had Roberto come out and he cleaned out the pipes and then James Kizy came out to do the camera inspection. Both were friendly and very helpful. Their communications were outstanding. I will continue to use this company as they have never let us down and their service is just incredible. We had black gunk and water coming up from the drain in our laundry room and shower in our lower level. Then the lower level toilet wouldn't flush. ... I called Roto-Rooter, was told someone would come within four hours. After 2 hours, Leonard arrived. He was great. An extremely hard working, friendly, and conscientious man. He trouble shot, removed the toilet, cleaned out the lines (not roots found), and all good. What impressed me the most is the pride he had in his work and the great cleaning he did after he was done. I wasn't expecting that. I would recommend them to anyone and would call them again, if needed. Thanks Roto-Rooter!
