He located the problem and after a ... quick analysis he picked up a new flapper from General Plumbing and installed the new part . My toilet works properly now and I am very satisfied.

Gary did not show up until way past noon at 1:30. So quite a delay in getting here on Sunday. But everything else was fabulous. In fact, Gary deduced that ... my outside water leak was from my pond. the Autofill wasn't shutting off and forcing all the incoming water to the overflow drain. We had thought for a month that it had to be in the backyard drip line system. I was going to pay almost $500 for a leak detection service that would not have found this problem. It would have been discovered eventually, but Gary asked questions about the pond and deduced that it was the problem. Three cheers for Gary!!!!

Roto Rooter was great! I had a main line blockage at 8pm at night and they had serviceperson out to my house quickly. Michael, the serviceperson, was so very prompt ... and professional. He worked diligently to unclog the main line and was very helpful. The service charge was very reasonable and I highly recommended Roto Rooter.
