I am very impressed with the service and response time from this company. An outside pipe was nicked with the push mower and caused the pipe to snap. Of all ... days for this to happen, it was a Sunday morning right before a holiday. They came right away (less than an hour after.calling them) and got right to work. Our service technician, Jesse, was wonderful! He explained what the damage was, how he was going to fix it, and what to do if we had problems in the future. I called and talked to a very nice customer service rep on the phone. Very friendly and professional. Set up for a plumber to come out the following day. The ... plumber Arron called before his arrival and was very pleasant and professional. He arrived on time. While at my home he took his time and was very thorough looking over my plumbing needs. Explained everything in detailed that needed to be done. He was full of helpful information on what I needed. He went out on his own to pick up the items I needed to save me time and having to find them myself.. His work was done very well. I would recommend Rotor Rooter to family and friends.
