Very efficient service and good results

Just had my kitchen sink drum trap and drain cleaned. Originally I thought the drum trap needed to be changed to a P-trap since it started gurgling over the past ... month. Tom #2740, explained that was not necessary, was careful not to damage the brass drum trap clean out cap and threads, snaked the drain and cleaned up after himself. It was good work and honest explanation of the drum trap function (it is original to the house blt in 1963). Great work. Thank you.

Incredibly good service from Dave and Ron #5592 for a Friday, 6:30PM emergency. Water was backing up in the standing pipe and through a drain in a basement laundry sink ... and all over the floor but we were returned to normal and the drains were running shortly after 10PM. Thanks for being available and so quick to respond.

Excellent service provided by John Diamantides. I was in a crunch to get a plumbing blockage and leak fixed for a house that was due to be sold. ... He explained the process as he went along to find the source of the blockage. He rooted out the problem, fixed the leak in a smaller pipe, and then ran lots of water thru the line to assure me that all was OK. He was friendly and personable and reassuring in my time of stress. I highly recommend him to all.
