Great customer service. Technician evaluated the problem and then explained our options. He used a camera to locate the stoppage and was able to break it up. He then flushed ... the line with a balloon connected to the garden hose. Once he was done he made sure all toilets flushed correctly and then ensured he didn't leave a mess. He also identified some issues with the fall of the drain line and informed me of what I needed to do to correct the issue.

Roto Rotor called me back on a Sunday within a hour or two. We set up a time for Monday morning. They called first thing and said they were going ... to send a tech out in about an hour. Corey the technician arrived on time and and got my main line cleared in no time. Thanks Corey

We had a pipe burst underground in our side lawn. We called Roto-rooter and scheduled an estimate. The gentleman came on time and quickly gave us an extremely fair estimate ... (a lot less than we were thinking it was gonna be). Instead of scheduling another time to do the repair he was able to promptly jump on the job and get us fixed up. Very professional. Would HIGHLY recommend Roto-rooter to anyone. Especially if everyone who works for Roto is as awesome as Mitchell is.
