Roto rooter was very timely and professional.

I found Roto-Rooter on-line and called for service. The representative was very courteous and helpful in scheduling work on a sewer back up. The tech assessed the problem ... and called before he started work and after he completed. A follow up is scheduled for tomorrow, Monday 24th. I am satisfied with the time frame for the service and the employees.

I had a water leak under my kitchen sink. It was 6:30 pm. Roter-Rooter was here within 3 hours and gave me a free estimate. It turned out to be ... the garbage disposal which had been installed for 32 years. It was expremely difficult to get it out due to rust corosion. After about 45 minutes, he finally got it out. He had the new disposal in the truck and installed it. He worked so hard but was always courteous and friendly. He cleaned everything up very nicely (it was a mess!) He initially undersharged me for the service, but he kept to his original estimate. I used the $50 off any service coupon on their site. They are not necessarily the cheapest, but they do very good work in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend them and use them again!

The day didn't start well. You sent the wrong man. He was friendly, courteous, fairly knowledgeable about plumbing ..... but unable to do the job - stopping a showerhead drip. ... It turned out that he was not a licensed plumber (probably a drain specialist). He was embarrassed, we were a little bit irked, and he wound up saying he would make sure you sent out someone who was qualified ..... which you did. Mike arrived fairly late in the afternoon, but that was okay. He was here. He was friendly, courteous ..... and as knowledgeable, and able, as I expect a Roto-Rooter plumber to be. We went into the bathroom and looked at the shower and heard one drip. Identifying the problem and arriving at a solution took Mike about 15 seconds. He pointed at the showerhead and said, "It needs a new part" (he identified the part). He asked me if I happened to know what brand the inside-the-wall fittings were and when the shower had last been worked on (I did know the latter). Mike wasn't really concerned about my lack of knowledge. He pointed at the fixture again and said, "Well, it's probably a Delta, part number such-and-such. I've got one on the truck." The repair proceeded rapidly from there. At one point he did say something like, "Whoever did this job the last time used the wrong parts. That probably explains your problem." Mike finished quickly and this was his last jb of the day, so we wound up having a little time to chat. Got some interesting tidbits about the design philosophies of different plumbing fixture manufacturers (intriguing :)). And it turned out that Mike is one of Roto-Rooter's trainers, doing that work because he enjoys it, not just because he's good at it. Thanks, Mike. David Head

Rick the plumber was courteous and professional. He educated me on the steps needed and explained in detail what was happening or not happening as a result of his drain ... snaking activity. He knew it would be cleared and continued to work until the activity was completed. Rick was awesome!

Scott, my technician, faced a challenge to unclog the main line in my house. He was very personable as well as dedicated to restoring my service. He did not give ... up and leave me to wait another day. Four hours of his time and the clog broke free! His quote remained the same as it had before he started. Roto-Rooter should be very proud to have him and his work ethic.

After two plumbers failed to totally address my water issue, Greg was able to quickly diagnose and resolve it completely. I will not hesitate to call Roto Rooter whenever ... I have a plumbing issue Proficient, Professional and extremely friendly. I appreciate not being talked down to as I have been by other company plumbers. Can't say enough. .

Emergency on July 3 broken pipe couldn't find any plumbers available called rotor rooter they responded and had a plumber there same day. Very prompt excellent service and repair.

Jamie and Patrick were here to deal with a plugged kitchen sink drain. It was stubborn and took some time. They were professional and congenial. Everything was ... cleaned well before they left. I want them back anytime I need that kind of service.
