I have always had a good experience with Roto-Rooter. This time was no exception. Firstly, everyone arrived when expected. My problem ended up being more complex than I ... thought. Both Tyler (2092) and Joe Moody went above and beyond to make me comfortable with the work that needed to be done. Tyler took care of his portion in a very competent manner. Joe is in charge of the rest of the restoration and I'm sure it will go smoothly. He has explained everything very clearly.

Chuck and Rob did a great job. Very friendly, professional and efficient. I would definitely call them again.

We were told our technician (Chris) would be here between 5 and 8, it was a sunday evening, he arrived at 5:00 on the dot, thank you for that, when ... your plumbing is backed up, waiting is the last thing you want to do. We very much appreciated his prompt, knowledgeable, and professional service.

Responded within an hour of my call after discovering I had a serious water problem. Jason was extremely helpful with providing information on what needed to be done, and ... getting the work done timely in order to mitigate further damage. Extreme care was taken in order to preserve and protect what could be saved in my living space. Worked hand in hand with my adjuster to get accurate estimate of work that needed to be done for my insurance company's estimate.

Price seemed high for the amount of time and labor involved.

Brandon was very prompt, friendly and courteous. He w poo eked very diligently to correct the problem and was sure there was no mess after he completed the work ... which did not take a lot of time. Turned out the main line was clogged. I will definitely recommend Roto Footer to anyone.
