I appreciate the service tech's honesty and thoroughness. I thought the bathtub drainpipe was leaking into the basement. But after much investigation by the tech, he determined that ... the problem was a tile failure that allowed water to seep behind the tiles. Too bad you don't do bathtub replacements.

I was very pleased with the service.

Over three days, I had 3 men come in to open my clogged drain. They all worked hard, but not until line in the basement was open, did they ... find a walnut was the cause of the problem. These 3 men were hard working, and pleasant to have in my home.

I really appreciated that I had such quick service. I called and they were able to come out and fix the drain quickly. He made sure he had shoe ... covers on and he explained what he had to do and showed me what he had removed. He told me that many people put too much in the garbage disposal and that it is not mean to be a shredder for all things. I had made a veggie tray and sliced too many carrots and other vegetables. I now only put down what is left over on plates. Thanks for the quick response.

Our plumber came quickly after our phone call to unclog our kitchen sink drain. He was professional and clean. We weren't expecting such a high bill for a relatively simple ... procedure.

Excellent service! The Roto-Rooter technician (${esc.hash}1225) in Cincinnati, OH, arrived shortly after my husband placed the call for service (within 2 hours). After showing him the problem ... he went right to work. It didn't take him long at all to unclog our drain. He knew exactly when he had hit the clog (at about 30') but went beyond it (about another 60') to make sure there weren't additional clogs. He asked us to run water when he was done to test and make sure that he had in fact resolved the problem. I'm happy to say that the drains worked as they should! He was a very personable young man, polite and was sure to wear paper booties on his feet to keep from tracking dirt into the house. My husband and I would highly recommend Roto-Rooter to anyone with drain line issues.

Louis - #1109 was one of the best servicemen I have ever met. He was so kind and courteous that I asked for a way to contact his supervisor. ... Louis had to go and get the part, but he was back in no time. He even gave attention to my sink, which also was having a leak, and explained what I would eventually have to do for the future. We will use Roto-Rooter again because of the service of Louis.

Found a leak under kitchen sink around 4pm Wed eve. Called Roto Rooter thinking I could get someone to look at this the next day. They said they could send ... someone out in about an hour. Brandon came by & replaced garbage disposal & had things back to normal in no time at all. Very nice young man. Would use them again.
