He immediately recognized that the prior company had ... not done their job properly, but were in fact in violation of the Alabama law concerning septic systems. I have had roto rooter come out twice and do estimates both times were great. Not until the last time I tried to schedule and appointment online no call but ... and email stating they were full and could put me down for the following day I agreed and they still haven't showed
