Everyone was wonderful, From the young lady that I spoke to on the phone to the 2 plumbers that showed up here at my house to do the work. I called ... and explained that I had a drainage problem in which when I flushed my toilet all the sewage had backed up into my bathtub. The young lady on the phone explained their process to me in great detail so there would be no questions and she had dispatched a plumber to my home right away. The plumbers arrived within 1 hour of me calling. Upon arrival the plumbers assessed the problem, told me what they would have to do and gave me a detailed estimate. They were professional, polite and very courteous. They great care in making sure they put down protection around the work site. They did a great job I can't thank them enough.

Khuma came within an hour and saw our problem right away. Seeing that we had already done some upgrades he focused on the main line leak, a pinhole spraying toward ... our electrical panel. He did a beautiful job with the new copper and check the rest of our system for leaks. As a former employee of RRSC I didn’t want to call anyone else. Thanks guys, you still rock, Joe Lattanzi

I had flooding in my basement a few weeks ago. I am a new home owner and this was my first experience. After calling my insurance, the adjuster came and ... determined at the moment that the cause of the flood is not covered by policy. The adjuster called a restoration company for me but when they came, they took measurements and gave me an estimate which I had to settle the entire bill first before they can work on my property. I didn't have the funds therefore, they left. I called another company, they took forever to come. That is when I call Roto-Rooter who came shortly after I placed my call. The dispatcher was very nice and assured me that all the crews will be on site. Jason Nelson, the restoration specialist called me and was the first one on site. He assured me that everything will be okay and I shouldn't have any worry; they started working immediately. Matt Smith the Restoration Lead and his team worked tirelessly for two days to get me straight. Jason's coordination with the plumbers and the restoration group was outstanding. Kam came out on a Sunday evening and fixed a broken pipe. There was a subsequent problem with the garbage disposer which customer service and Kam took care of ... promptly. We were very satisfied.

John and Jacob showed up on time and quickly cleared the clog in my downspout drain. They were very professional.

This week I had 2 visits by a plumber to snake out my sewer line. They couldn't completely clear the line--when I took a shower, the downstairs toilet overflowed. ... Your technician, Purcell did a wonderful job. He had a hard time working in my small powder room a but he kept at it and got the line cleared! I wish I had called Roto Rooter in the first place! I can't say enough nice things about Purcell. He's a really hard worker who doesn't give up until the job's done!

I work for a busy that does in and out procedures for patients. I came in to my office and an alarm for high water on injector pump reading, ... toilets overflowed. I called Roto Rooter and Ram comes in less than 20 minutes. Once Ram identified the problem and knew he needed help he called right away and informed me of the problem. Mr Boyle was also very responsive. The guys got to work and did a great job. They kept me informed and best yet fixed problem that day, staying after hours to get injector pumps up and running. I really appreciate these guys!!

Van Nghaka, Tech # 1503, was the service Technician that arrived at my house for my plumbing issue. He introduced himself when I opened the door. Van went right to ... the problem, diagnosed, snaked and educated us on the issue. He was considerate of the bathroom floor and cleaning up at the end. I must say he was one of the most professional Technicians in the business that I have come across. Thank you!

Khiangte, master plumber, did a great job replacing bathroom faucet and shutoff valves. Prompt arrival too.

The technition showed up on time, was friendly. The work was done and completed.

Josh Boone was very professional and courteous. He came back to resolve the issue when the first drain snake did not completely solve the problem. I would recommend him.

He completed the work in less time than I expected, and cleaned up after his work before leaving. Good work ... Didn't come near the time promised. Got a call that they were coming "this morning" .... Arrived around 5. I missed a half day if ... work. But the finished product was good.
