Charles Blackmon went out of his way to prove that my collapsed pipe.was the result of someone else...he called my electrician to show him that this was caused by him. ... Electrician accepted blame and agreed to pay for the damage...Charles Blackmon is a very honest person...he could have chosen to just fix the pipe without saying anything to me..but, instead, he took it upon himself to go to the real source of the problem...very honest!

well Sunday morning 02/03/19 we had a hot water heater problem looked up Roto-Rooter # called the person who answered the phone she was very pleasant and polite got someone ... on the job right away called me back and said they would here in 20 min and was here checked everything out and the restoration man was right with him checked everything and explained everything to me we worked together got things fixed the tank and everyone that did the job was polite and did a great job Thanks Roto - Rooter for a great job
