the person who came, Tim, was professional and friendly... he was helpful and got one of my outside waterlines (from the downspouts) totally cleared (so the water goes out to ... the yard) and the other seems to have a block and will have to dig out the pipe to see what has happened ... he helped me find the spot to dig from... he has been here before and was also helpful that time...
