Scott suggested a complete line replacement. When I asked if there was a chemical solution to the roots, camera did not show broken tile, Scott said no. Looking ... at Rotorooter’s website I see there is a chemical that works. I may have misunderstood Scott or misinterpreted the video but Scott never said there were cracked or broken clay tiles. I would like to consider a chemical solution to the problem before spending $10,000 to replace the line.
