Polite, knowledgeable employees that know how to interact with customers are all too rare these days so please take good care of Victor as he not only found the plug, ... cleaned out the drain, and cleaned up after himself but suggested we(Victor & I) run a load of laundry to ensure the drain worked properly. A true craftsman always checks his work and Victor demonstrated the qualities of a true craftsman.

James the supervisor was very professional and a dedicated employee He was trustworthy and pleasant Tony (147) and Roberto (3103) were courteous and professional. Tony and Roberto ... were hard working, trustworthy and prompt. They completed the job in a quarter of amount of time I thought it would take. The technician who arrived was courteous and professional. My only concern was that I called at 11:00am and anticipated a technician by 2:00pm when first called. Although I did receive ... updates as to the delay, a technician did not arrive until 4:30pm. Otherwise, service was exception, explained, and courtrous.

We had at our technician Victor. He was very professional, polite, friendly and he understanding about our problem. He got our problem fixed and made the wife very happy

Chuck the plumber was wonderful he accessed the problem went over it with me and than fixed. He than proceeded to recheck everything. I would use your company ... again in a heartbeat.

He was awesome and showed me everything as he was doing it. And had me do a run through after to make sure I was happy. That pipe was really ... bad!!

The gentleman that came was very polite and helpful.

Tech arrived on time. Victor 1439 was very polite and thourough. He set about installing shut off valve where needed. He checked a couple more that I requested and ... made sure they worked. Roto Rooter is the place to call for your plumbing needs.

Well, of course-it's like making an appointment to see a Dr. but when you get there the symptoms are gone. Seems our leak no longer exists. Dave was helpful to ... tell us to mark the leak if it starts again and that he would come back. Thanks.
