AGAIN...many many thanks to Roto-Rooter and their ace service technician Dustin Lovell!! I called Roto-Rooter on Thurs. nite at 7:00 p.m. with a plumbing issue and had Dustin at ... my door at 8:30 a.m. the next morning! Service does NOT get any better than that! Over ALL my years of using this company and "requesting Dustin" ..if possible, I've learned sooo much from him. He's ALWAYS been honest and informative with me. I wouldn't "EVEN CONSIDER" contacting anyone else! Roto-Rooter and Dustin... well.. that's the A-Team as far as I'm concerned! Thanks again for another prompt, polite, honest, educational visit! You ALL take the stree out of a stressful situation, especially for a older woman. I'd HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company and Dustin.

I have problems with the plumbing in the house and 2 months ago the company emptied the septic tank, I was advised the probably I need to change the part ... where the water goes to and unfortunately I'm going to do that, for me it is a great expense but it has to be done, the technician that came to see the problem is Ronnie Stueve and I can say that is a very knowledgeable and courteous guy that listen to the customer with great patience and gives back all the information needed, I hope that my problem will be solved and I can give a 5 star review.
