After a great encounter with another Rotor Rooter employer, I got the bonus pleasure of having Rudy Montejano come and do the service at my residence. He was such ... a warm, friendly, caring person who obviously knew his business well. In addition to dealing just with the issue at hand, he identified other issues and made suggestions (WITHOUT PRESSURE). He explained in detail what he thought should be done to prevent problems in the future and went about taking care of the problems seen and unforeseen. He was a godsend! With people like Scott and Rudy on your staff, there is no question who I will turn to in the future and to whom I will make any referral. Thank you to both of these great people!

Scott Montgomery came out to run the camera down a roof drain. His friendly, professional demeanor was a delight. Nice gentleman and very helpful.

I have a drainage problem in my back yard and could not unplug the drain. Gerry Vidal of the Indio office quickly analyzed my problem. The builder did not install ... a drainage pipe that would deliver the water to the street. The drain was designed to distribute the water into the ground around the drain area. In the desert, this works until there is a large storm. Gerry was able to offer suggestions how to resolve the problem even though there was nothing that Roto Rooter could do to clear the drain. Jerry was very professional and knowledgable and I will call Roto Rooter again if I have a problem.

I have used RotoRooter several times and been completely satisfied. Especially this last call on Saturday. From phone call to service always polite and on time. My service man was ... Jake and he was the best so far, clean, friendly, polite, cleaned up after as if he hadn't been there. I'll ask for him next time and hope he is available.

Late Sunday afternoon we ran into a problem that needed correcting. Steven Miranda (technician) was here within the hour and extremely efficient.

Sorry this took so long to post - Tech Steven Miranda came out a couple of days before Christmas. Heavy storms and a large amount of debris left from ... a tree that came down in a previous storm ended up playing havoc with our downspouts. Steven was professional, pleasant and wonderful representative for your company. He accessed the problem, discussed options with me, did the work and stayed until everything was cleaned up. I was highly impressed and will not hesitate to recommend to friends and family.
