we call to roto-rooter was because of a plugged up kitchen sink drain, which also caused a spillage problem in a 1/2 bathroom nearby. Chris ( #127) from the Kemah office ... came promptly,assessed the situation,found the solution,and then helped cleanup the mess which I had caused. Chris was polite,prompt, and efficient at eliminating the problem. I/we would recommend ROTO-ROOTER and Chris at the Kemah location to anyone.

Your ... charges, even with a senior discount, are outlandish. We could have declined your service, but with a plugged commode and an extra day of waiting for our regular plumber we elected to have RR proceed with the work. Though you have my permission, you probably will not choose to use my testimony. If you do, it must not be only the top line. All or none.
