While they were here unclogged my toilet and snaking ... my pipes, Our sweet Chihuahua Ginger had a heart attack , my husband tried CPR and Dennis said hand her to me and he tried CPR on her., That was amazing they he tried to save our dog. she didnt make it . But thank you so much Dennis for trying to save her. Dennis is a very caring man who loves animal and you can sure tell that. Rick in Knoxville has been amazing. This is the second time he has come out on to separate issues. He was able to rebuild my shower instead of charging me ... for a new one. my name is David and I had the plumbing from hell it started with my kitchen sink Ray came in to fix my faucet which he had to replace as ... the old one could no longer be repaired he had to take the hold sink apart to put the new faucet on as the bolts were rusted . Then turn the water on to check for lick found none to noticed that the water pusher sucked which meant a lick was some where then the water heater and noticed that it was leaking from the bottom so I had to get a new one . Then with new water heater in still had low water pusher so he got help from Chris to fix under the house and now I have awesome water pusher . In short what should have taken maybe in hour or 2 took the whole day to fix and not once did they give up and complained they were real pros as I would have been cussing up a strom with everything going wrong and I would reck mean them and the company to anyone that as plumbing problems as I did . Again just wanted to say my thanks for all the harded work they did.

Mike was very efficient and knowledgable when asked about tankless water heater. Once he got here work went quickly and cleanly. The only fault is in call center and that ... we were delayed service due to weather. We are happy with our results.

The two gentlemen that came out to the house were professional but friendly. They called before they came to make sure I was still needing their services. When they got ... to my home I showed them the problem and they explained the charges to me of what they could do if I agreed, which I did. When they were finished they asked me to check out their work to see if I approved of their work, which I did. I felt they had good work ethics and pleasant personalities. I will have them back in my home if I ever need them again.

He took the ... time to explain what may be going on, and some of the options that I may have. He did all this before he even started! This helped me have a clear picture of what to expect. I was at work and my teen son had to deal with everything. He said the technician was extremely nice and explained everything. I had asked the technician ... to call me at work and let me know about our problem and he did. This was only a couple of days until Christmas!!! I was very grateful. Mike was the most competent, serviceman I've ever met. He listened & then went to work in a neat, efficient manner & tossed in some minor bonus repairs. Every ... household needs a man like "MIKE."

The technician arrived ontime, went about his work and completed it skillfully.

They came to clear a backed up line. The plumber we hired to come back and fix what Roto-Rooter did said that Roto didn't know what they were doing ... and that they made a mess of the whole line even leaving a whole section out causing free fall sewage in the yard. Surprised that they are still in business. Over charge for amateur work. And no, I would not like to be contacted by Roto-Rooter ever. Done with them.
