I recently used Roto-Rooter after having a local plumber that couldn't make the time to do the repairs. Your tech was a gentleman named Lee and this guy was great. ... He's exactly what a customer wants in someone coming into their home to do repairs/service. Lee was extremely courteous, on time (huge plus) and completed the job quickly and painlessly. Whenever I get work done I will request Lee as I wouldn't want to take any chances not getting the same service. I always expect good service but rarely get exceptional service - Thank you Lee. On a day when the roads were snowy and icy, the Roto Rooter technician was here within 30 minutes of the call, which was fantastic! Wow how do i begin!!! i called Rotor Rooter and they sent this young man Jay Fritz immediately and what a nice gentlemen and hard workder.....The first night he worked ... for over 5 hours trying to unclog my drains ....Water was shooting from the floor , the shower , the tub basin....It was a mess.....He stayed and just kept working , talking calming as i was having a heart attack ....WE were trying to stop the sewerage from spreading further as they worked..... I would reccomend this company to anyone and if you are lucky to get this young man...You are blessed , cuz he trully cares about people and is an exemplimary worker.....He wouldnt give up and you he just came from other jobs he had done before and still had jobs to go to ,,,,he was persistant ....I told him i wanted to adopt him because his mannerism was so professional , but yet so humane......If this company ever gets rid of someone like him ------------they lose....But i am sure they wont....Cuz if you dont like this young man and how hard he works, you have to be crazy.... But thank u Rotor Rooter for sending this young man and for responding so readily..
