Kevin was a very nice young man and fixed our stopped up sink.

Every thing went smooth from the first call for assistance, the lady who took the call was very pleasant ,friendly and expressed concern over our problem. WE agreed a technician's would come ... the next day between 8AM and noon. Right on schedule the next day we received a call from the technician saying he would be there in a few minuets. His name was Derek an accompanied by another technician the went to work immediately and moved with alacrity .My wife and I were .impressed with there professional approach and very happy with the outcome.

The receptionist who took my call was very helpful and sent help immediately. She even informed me of on line coupons that would possibly help senior citizens like me. The young man who arrived to service my clogged drain was a perfect gentleman. He explained what needed to be done, and wasted no time doing it. He explained to me the six month guarantee. He treated me with the respect he would give his grandmother. I thoroughly enjoyed this experience. I would recommend Roto- Rooter to all my friends, and will certainly call them again.
