The gentlemen were very pleasant, efficient and thorough. They quickly got the job done and gave us helpful information as how to prevent this from happening in the future. They explained the billing to us and were very professional and polite. If we ever needing Roto-Rooter again, I'd be pleased to have them back.

The service representative was courteous and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem to be a blockage in the main pipe to the sewer system. He used a motor powered snake to ... clear the blockage. He then used a computerized probe to inspect the pipe and detected some flaws where roots have infiltrated the pipe, thus causing the blockage. This is my first experience with ROTO-ROUTER and I am impressed. I highly recommend them.
