For the first call, they were great!!! Spent along time trying to figure out the problem from 5pm when they arrived to 9pm. Professional 100%. Then next day call, supervisor ... came and was just fabulous!!! The best ever. Provided great advice and solutions which would be a combination of your work, landscaping change, roof and gutters. Our basement flooded due to tree roots and 9 inches of rain in one day. We are regular customers because of our issue with an older home and large ... trees. We have consistently received prompt, efficient, and conscientious service. Today we were treated very well by Mark #283.

Tech was friendly worked hard to get the job done.

I had a clogged mostly consisting of a tree roots. In a smaller pipe connecting the master bathroom with a kitchen sink. I also had a problem with a leak ... in the kitchen that required a new pipes. An excellent job was done. And the technicians made sure to clean up before they left.

Justin has done a good job fixing our plumbing problem today.

Richard, tech #3555, was just here at my condo. What a great experience! He thoroughly diagnosed the issue after LISTENING to me describe what was happening. He ... took appropriate steps to remedy the problem without overkilling (again - because he listened). But then once he figured it out and fixed things, he willingly talked politely with our property management company to describe where he found the problem and his assessment that it was not my unit, but a common area main line that falls into the domain of our HOA (in other words, not my responsibility). He arranged for the billing to be switched over and left me as a very satisfied customer. Three words to describe him: Polite, competent, and (extra words) a smile that leaves you happy.

I was beyond impressed with Mike from Roto-Rooter! Not only did he get the job done fast, but he was a great guy! He got here within 30 mins after ... I called...on a Saturday (without charging a fee)!!! I immediately felt comfortable with him, and knew I was in good hands. This was the third plumber that I had out , and he fixed it within an hour. He even throughly clean up after he was done. This was very important, as I have a young son and pets. There are no words to say how happy I am. I will never use anyone else!!!
