I had a major leak. John came and did a thorough inspection and found the source. He made the repairs, explaining each need. My confidence was high with his knowledge, ... approach, and how courteous he was. This is why I will continue to call Roto Rooter.

I was extremely pleased with Jonathan's service with our plumbing problems. We ended up having quite a challenging problem, and he spent more than half of the day working to ... repair it. He never showed frustration during the day. He was courteous, took the time to fully explain everything that was going on, and cleaned everything up when he left. I could not have been more pleased with Roto-Rooter or Jonathan's service.

He was very informative and thorough with my issue and explaining the options to take care of it.
