The water line to the refrigerator was leaking for several weeks without my knowledge. It was not until the wood floors on the opposite side of the wall appeared saturated ... that any signs of a problem was indicated. Roto-Rooter came out immediately, identified the problem, and corrected it the same day. They also offered to find way to help correct the damage done to my wood floors. The service provided was great. Thank you.

Pablo Roto-Rooted our sewer pipe that had plugged and backed up due to roots in the system. He also disinfected the drains and told us we'd be having a camera ... inspection completed in the near future. Thanks for getting him here within a couple hours on very short notice on a Saturday afternoon. Seems these "issues" always happen on the weekend! Much obliged to the Roto-Rooters of Austin.

Great experience, Tech - Wayne, RR# 1955. Very knowledgeable, I received a great education. However, after all said and done, the second visit could have been avoided if the first ... tech took the time that wayne did to assess the issue and actuall read the back of the bottle of the mineral I purchased to unclog my drains. All in all I would use RR again , but I will request Wayne or someone with equal or more experience. Thanks for a pleasant experience.
