Tim ... arrived Christmas morning pleasant and cheerful. Very respectful of our home, covering his shoes and making sure no water or dirt was tracked into the house. Explained everything he was going to do and discussed some preventative measures to implement going forward. Said he didnt mind working on Christmas because he didnt have anything going on. My daughters who were just waking up heard this and thought for sure I would invite him to Christmas dinner. (I must admit I did consider it). In any event, Tim was great. Couldn't have asked for better service.
