Carlos came out today, and he was fantastic! He was so patient with all of my first time homeowners basement "flood" questions! He thoroughly explained what the problem was and ... how he was going to fix it. He was done in no time! My storm drains are now clear and my basement is dry! I definitely recommend this company to anyone, and will use them for anything that comes in the future.

We initially had another drain company come out to access the situation. We were not happy with their knowledge or approach. We then called Roto Rooter. The plumber that Roto ... Rooter sent, Columbus, was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He made everything easy for me to understand and gave us many options and his honest opinion of the situation. Their equipment was great as well. We were able to see 50ft into the drain clearly with their camera on a nice big screen. The other company had such a small screen and crappy camera that we were only able to see down 8ft. Although we had spent more than we anticipated it was money well spent for a job well done! Columbus was a pleasure to work with and he is great at what he does. Thank you Roto Rooter and a big THANK YOU to Columbus!

I've had the ROTO ROOTER specialist to my home several times in the last 20 years. My latest experience (today) was exceptional. Not only did Eric answer all my ... questions, making sure I understood what was going on vs what had been done in the past, ... but respected my home by laying floor covering down on my newly restored hardwood floors and carpet prior to dragging in the machine. All done with the utmost professionalism. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing service.
