service tech was very knowledgeable and found things wrong that should have been discovered the last time roto-rooter was here. solved a lingering, perplexing issue that had been of concern.... why ... was the floor drain so slow to drain ... along with the stoppage of flow from a backed up section of system (which is why I called in the first place).. He discovered unexpected debris in the floor drain/trap that may have been in there for 20-30 years... Excellent service tech and very appreciated. whole system, blockage of recent debris and slow drain due to long term debris, are both working much better..

Was very upset this morning when my sewage drain backed up once again. Called for an appointment and wrote a complaint to the company that they were just out a ... month ago and they immediately sent out a really nice smart guy named Aaron. He came with the camera and cleaned out the pipe so I had double the extra assurance that it would be fixed this time and I am very satisfied with the service and the knowledge he provided at no charge! The service provided by Roto-Rooter for the sewer back-up I was experiencing was excellent. Dennis was on his way in minutes after reporting the issue I was having, and ... ironically, he was the same tech that responded three years ago when I experienced the same inconvenience. He remembered what needed to be done to take care of the blockage, and in addition, he summoned his colleague, Chris with the camera, to see if anything additional could be done to prevent another blocked sewer in the future, I was able to continue with daily tasks, such as washing clothes, dishes, etc. within a couple hours thanks to this Roto-Rooter team. My thanks..they're the best!
