He left the basement in better condition than what he encountered. He explained everything he had done and wanted to be ensured I had no questions or concerns before he left And what impressed me the most was the time he took to talk with my elderly Mother before he left. Joe saved me yesterday! He was awesome to work with, he went above an beyond to answer my questions and explain what he was doing thoroughly. Of note I had ... a less than exceptional experience in November with a different attendant...and Roto Rooter responded to my negative review promptly, they reimbursed me for part of my service fee to compensate for my disappointment. I really appreciated their follow up and action based on my review...and I used them again yesterday. Joe solved my issues and left me very very HAPPY!!
