My landlord called Roto Rooter because our bathtub was barely draining at all. They came out quickly. We incredibly friendly to the house cat who spends a large part of ... his day playing in the bathtub and didn't mind when the kitty supervised the whole cleaning of the drain. When he came to our house this morning, in the sleet and snow and 26 degrees, he looked at our situation (leak in our landscaping plumbing and water would not ... stop flowing.) He checked a few things, and told us that our best bet was to try and dig and find the shut off for the sprinkler system. He didn't charge us, but his knowledge about where to start digging was beyond helpful. My husband and I dressed for the elements and went to start digging where he suggested. After 5 min of digging and under about 7" of lava rock, we found the valve box and where able to get the water off! Thank you, Thank you, THANK YOU!!!!!!!!

We got a call that one of our tenants water pipe had burst under their house, and there was 1-2 feet of water! We called Roto Rooter to help ... with the fix. Everyone on the phone was polite and responsive, Their plumber, Randy, showed up quickly and with a little encouragement crawled under the house, through the water, to locate the source of the leak. Turns out the leak was outside of the house, and Randy waited for us to dig up the pipe. We eventually sent him home as it was getting late, but they called first thing in the morning to schedule a time to fix, which they did right on time. I work with a lot of trades people, and Roto Rooter, and especially Randy are some of the best! I will definitely be using them a lot more. Good job!!

Yesterday my tenants (1/20) septic tank was pumped/clean out roots. Steve G. #128 to be Praised for his hard work and dedication of explaining the septic process. Also ... his presence was very enjoyable, spending the 3 hours at my rental. The 2 office team players, the original set up appt and from 1/20 the day of service were professional.
