I had to call Roto-Rooter out on Christmas morning, needless to say I was not happy, but very glad that they had 24 hour service. They came out and ... rodded the pipe going into the house and out to the street, The gentleman suggested that we have the Hydro jet done and that someone could come out the next day (saturday morning). We agreed and what is even more amazing is that we did not have to pay for the service on Christmas morning. We would be charge for everything the next day after the work was completed. I can't tell you how much we appreciated the great job that both men did in getting the pipe clean out. It's an awful feeling when something like this happens, but we have always call Roto-Rooter and we will continue to use them in the future. Thank you again for the great service and providing us with the best service we could ask for.
